I CHALLENGE YOU TO EXERCISE AND DRINK WATER EVERYDAY… FOR TWO WEEKS.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

  • 3 Songs

Pick three songs that last around a total of ten minutes.  If they last a little longer that is ok too : )

  • 2 Exercises

Choose two exercises to do while the songs that you picked play.  You can choose ANY of the exercises provided that you want to do… as long as you are moving.

  • 1 Gallon Of Water

Drink one gallon of water everyday.  You can still drink what you normally would if you want as long as you are still drinking one gallon of water too.  Ultimately, you will get out of the challenge what you put in to it… why not just cut out the pop, beer, energy drinks, and tea for a couple of weeks and see what happens!

ALL IT TAKES IS ABOUT TEN MINUTES, A LITTLE SWEAT, AND A WATER SOURCE.

During the challenge, you should still eat regular meals. Of course, making healthier choices will help you get better results but we aren’t here to judge. I have a feeling that at the end of the Two Week Body Transformation Challenge you will feel more inspired to get healthy and stay fit.
